Readiness Workshops help University of Alabama faculty and staff prepare for upcoming changes related to Capstone Convergence before formal training begins. These interactive sessions provide a high-level overview of new systems, processes and capabilities, helping employees understand what’s changing, why it matters and how to get ready.
Whether you work in academics, administration, research or operations, these workshops offer an opportunity to stay informed, ask questions, see system demonstrations and connect with resources available throughout the transition.
