Prepare for What’s Ahead
Readiness Workshops help University of Alabama faculty and staff prepare for upcoming changes related to Capstone Convergence and lay the groundwork for future training. These interactive webinars provide a high-level overview of new systems, processes and capabilities, helping employees understand what’s changing, why it matters and how to get ready. Participants will get an early look at Workday functionality and build foundational knowledge that will make formal role-based training, beginning in Fall 2027, more meaningful and effective.
