We’re launching a fun way for faculty and staff to stay informed, get involved and prepare for what’s ahead: the Change Champions Program.
Our Change Champions Program is designed to prepare employees for upcoming changes as they get an early look at the new systems and connect with colleagues from across campus. By building awareness early, employees will be able to navigate future training and system transitions with greater confidence.
Participation is flexible, voluntary and open to all faculty and staff. As a participant in the Change Champions program, you’ll earn digital badges and coins as you participate in different activities. Activities include Readiness Workshops, Newsletter Quizzes and Partner Activities.

How It Works
Earn digital badges and digital coins by attending Readiness Workshops, completing Capstone Convergence Connection quizzes and participating in approved learning activities. Digital coins can be exchanged for rewards in our LMS shop.
Complete eight Readiness Workshops to earn the Change Champion designation and unlock bonus rewards and special opportunities. The first workshop, Workday 101: Employee Self-Service, will be held on September 23 at 3 p.m.
