More than 350 faculty and staff joined our first Capstone Convergence Readiness Workshop, Workday 101: Employee Self-Service, for an early look at Workday and some of the everyday activities employees will complete in the new system.
Readiness Workshops aren’t formal training. They’re a chance to get familiar with Workday early, hear from project experts and ask questions about what’s ahead. Readiness Workshops are a part of the Change Champions Program, so you can earn digital coins and badges along the way.

This workshop highlights Workday navigation, worker profiles, and supervisory organizations. It’s an easy way to build knowledge now that will make formal training in fall 2027 easier.
