Ready, Set, Transform. Readiness Teams Are Making It Happen!

Readiness Teams

Big changes take teamwork, and our Readiness Teams are stepping up in a big way!

Readiness Teams, consisting of employees from different colleges and divisions across UA, serve as a vital link between Capstone Convergence and day-to-day operations. Together, these 25 Readiness Teams form a University-wide Change Network  which is the key to help us prepare for upcoming transitions to Workday and CORE.

Local knowledge makes a big difference

Every UA college and division has its own people, processes and priorities. Readiness Team members bring valuable, local knowledge to the Change Network, helping ensure each area is considered through the transition.

Readiness Teams help their areas get ready for Workday by asking questions, sharing feedback and identifying what employees need to prepare.

They also help:

  • Review and confirm how Workday will support their area needs.
  • Make sure people have the right system access
  • Shape how financial information will be organized

Bringing the transformation closer to home

Workday may not launch until February 2028, but the Change Network is already building awareness, strengthening connections and creating readiness across campus.

Readiness Teams help colleagues understand what is changing, why it matters and how they can begin preparing. They connect employees with opportunities to learn and participate like Readiness Workshops, the Change Champions Program, project resources and the Capstone Convergence newsletter.

A huge thank-you to the Readiness Team members representing all 25 colleges and divisions! Your time, energy, expertise and enthusiasm are moving this transformation forward and helping ensure that voices from across UA are part of the journey to Workday.
